Teaching aids: PPT, Bb, A tape player. Teaching methods: pair work, group work, listening, reading, writing. Teaching procedures Step 1.Warm-up and Revision 1. Play a word game with the students.(复习单词活跃气氛) 2. Describe an actress called Delireba. (让学生练习描述外貌并为教授个别新词汇好铺垫) 3. Explain new words “different, differently, real, way describe” Step 2. Lead-in Show a picture of a police artist. Ask students to describe him first. And then teach the new word “criminal”. Step 3. Fast Reading 1. What’s the name of the artist? 2.
