In order to solve the problem, the power monitor which can detect earth faults and other short-circuit faults quickly and accurately needs to be designed. The electromagnetic interference of environment is strong, and the voltage and current of electromagnetic stirring system is high, the value of leakage current signal is weak, the number of each units signals is up to 35, and acquisition of signals is complex, so the system uses Hall sensors to detect three-phase voltage, current and leakage current , and adopts a unique method of zero-sequence current detection, which is that three-phase power line through a very accurate Hall sensor, according to the results of test, the precision of traditional methods is less lower than this unique method in detecting leakage current, and this method guarantees to judge the failure reliable and rapidly.
