E-mail: yaminwu65@ Abstract: Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), including the familial and the sporadic, accounts for the most proportion of motor neu- ron disease. The pathogenesis of ALS covers gene mutation, oxidative stress, excitotoxicity, mitochondrial dysfunction, immune and inflam- matory, and so on. With interplay and interrelation, these mechanisms, finally, caused multisystem lesion especially motor neural system.
