华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract With the increasing demand of power and the coming of a big change in the structure of energy resource nowadays, the development of hydropower will be the key to the problem. The quality of the hydro turbine governing system decides the power system stability calculations,thus,the accurate modeling and having a good operation quality of the hydro turbine governing system are research tops and in urgently needed problems to solve for the scholars. In this paper,we have described the structure of hydro turbine governing system and the controller based on the above. The law of a hydro turbine governing system will be grasped through system identification. And the system identification is done for a better control of the hydro turbine governing system. So, we need to develop a system which to highly- inosculate the already existed system and doing the parameter optimization of the controller based on the developed system, in order to make the quality of this control system better. A linear hydro turbine governing system is established with small disturbing based on SIMULINK. We give all the needed operation parameters to the system. Then we build the model structure of the controller, servo system, hydraulic turbine, electric generating system and its load. And a new study on the system identification and parameters optimization occur based on this system. By least square (LS) method, the parameters of hydro turbine governing system can be obtained, based on the usage of the MATLAB function tools. The comparison of result curves of the two systems, that one is the identified system with LS and the other is the existed system, shows the validity of the LS system identification. Besides, in order to better the quality of the control system, genetic algorithm (GA) is used to optimize the PID parameters by MATLAB Language design.
