Ability aims 1.Let students practice their oral English about the school trip. 2.Let students express their feelings about school trip and communicate with other learners. 3.Students will be able to write an article about a diary entry. Emotional aims Cultivate students positive feelings about the activities they participate in, experience good things from it, enrich the classroom and outside. Language focus Imitate the sentences and expressions in reading and listening, consciously execute language output, and try to write a diary about one’s school trip. Teaching importance Let the students master the past tense verbs and descriptive adjectives associated with travel, and learn to describe the experience of the past. Students analysis The students are in Grade Seven. They have learned English for about four years. They have just learned about the past tense. Most of them can express the things they did in simple English. Students are interested in this topic.
