基于 基于 XC164CS 的船用马达监控系统的研究 Research of Ship Electromotor Measure and Control System Based on XC164CS ABSTRACT With the development of IC technology and the development tendency of ship automation and electrification, more and more automatic equipments are applied on the ship. The importance of motor which is the power equipment is obvious. So it is of great practical significance to monitor the motor automatically. In addition, with the development of process automation, more and more users need the motor protector has communication function for centralized control. Field bus technology (FCS) is applied in the monitor system of ship motor. Electromotor Measure and Control System Based on XC164CS is designed after acquiring the significance, development and tendency of motor protector, and common problems and solution. According to requirement for automation, intellectualization and reliability, metering chip ATT7022 measures parameters of motor which include AC voltage, AC current, apparent power, active power, reactive power, power factor and line frequency and so on. The parameters are analyzed by XC164CS. If the data is error, the system alarms. TwinCAN bus is applied in the communication system of MCU and upper monitor, which has redundancy feature. The system includes XC164CS central control module, parameter collector module, alarming module and CAN communication module. The software of system includes main program, reset program, parameter collector program, alarming program and CAN communication program by C and Keil C. The system is the module of cabin monitor alarming system, which is connected with other equipments and communicates with CAN bus. The tendency of CAN is very good, and CAN bus is applied in the field. The whole system has high reliability.
