(二) 醫療服務攸關人命 ,故其產品的代替彈性 很小. (三) 醫療事業也有廣告 , 但較不講求競爭 . (四) 傷病發生的不可測性 , 造成醫療服務提供 的時間與空間之不定性 . (五) 醫療事業是多元化產品的企業 , 除提供服 務外也強調教學和研究之重要性 . (六) 醫療服務素質的講求常來自於內部
