工程设计对工程造价的影响 摘要；随着中国城市化发展，城市化基础设施建设及其城 市建设已经成了中国经济发展的重要组成部分，城市化建设 对能耗、工程的品质及其形式产生了不同的需求，而不合理 的工程设计产生了大量的能源浪费、资金的浪费。而造价成 本的限制往往也决定了工程的品质和功能，一项工程往往是 先设计，后再根据图纸进行造价成本的预估算，工程造价往 往被动的与工程设计之外，同时由于我国工程建设体系尚未 完善，还存在着一些不合理的衔接。工程设计是项目工程中 最重要的起点，工程造价则是项目费用的主要内容，如何实 现形式功能与成本的协调，如何更好的实现项目工程的性价 比，成为了项目工程建设的重要内容，因此，本文以工程设 计对工程造价的影响为研究对象，分析工程设计与工程造价 之间的关系及其相互影响的内容，更好的实现工程设计及其 对工程造价的管理。 关键词：建筑工程 工程设计工程造价 影响 中图分类号：TU198文献标识码：A In this paper?
