信息化论坛 Information Forum 拜耳医疗保健支持——利用信息技术改进医疗服务 基于广义线性混合模型医院服务质量评估的研究 ① ① ② ③ ③ ①＊ 谷魁英 尔西丁·买买提 胡珊 高昭昇 徐静 周毅 摘 要 目的：旨在利用广义线性混合模型对医院疾病的服务质量进行评估，探索一种高效优质的诊疗模式，为医院管理者 提供决策支持。方法：对区域医疗卫生大数据平台的健康档案数据进行整理分析，制定评价指标体系，构建分析模型，然后 利用R语言对数据进行统计分析。结果：疾病的治愈情况与医院的综合情况、病人的性别和年龄、保险的种类及DRGs的种类 之间有统计学意义（p0.01），通过对疾病治愈情况的动态监测，可以分析出以下几点：不同疾病在各医院的诊疗情况；同 种疾病在不同医院的诊疗情况；同一医院不同疾病的诊疗情况。结论：广义线性混合模型能够准确高效的评价医院疾病诊疗 状况，从而提高医院综合竞争，实现可持续、健康发展。 关键词　广义线性混合模型 大数据平台 服务质量评估 指标体系 诊疗状况 Doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-7571.2015.08.010 [中图分类号] R319 [文献标识码] A The Hospital Service Quality Assessment Based on Generalized Linear Mixed Models / GU Kui-ying, Lyndin Maimaiti, HU Shan, et al//China Digital Medicine.-2015 10(8): 29 to 32 Abstract Objective: In order to provide decision support to hospital managers, the services quality of disease in hospital were evaluated based on generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) to explore an efficient and high-quality treatment model. Method: Health records data were collected from regional health information platform, then we reorganized and cleaned them; construction of GLMMs was on the basis of the evaluation index system. The R language was used for statistical data analysis. Results: For the cure of the disease, there were statistically significances between the overall situation in hospitals, the patients gender and age, the type of insurance and the type of DRGs（p0.01）. Through dynamic monitoring of the cure of the disease, there are diagnosis and treatment of 1) the different disease in different hospital; 2) the same disease in different hospital; 3) the different diseases
