广东工业大学博士学位论文最后，就高速公路的养护计划决策和养护管理进行了研究。在养护管理方面， 广东工业大学博士学位论文 最后，就高速公路的养护计划决策和养护管理进行了研究。在养护管理方面， 为提高高速公路养护质量，降低养护成本，本文首先采用改进的目标规划层次算法， 运用Stackelberg博弈理论对管理部门与出行者之间的交互过程进行分析。通过将改 进的目标规划的层次分析法与Stackelberg博弈模型相结合，分析了出行者选择不同 道路情形的养护决策问题，并对出行者与管理者所获得的效用进行了分析；最后， 针对路面养护问题，在既要考虑养护成本的经济性又要考虑路面养护质量的双重目 标下，运用博弈理论建立了路面养护多目标优化模型，通过对高速公路养护质量与 成本两种不同的属性运用模糊聚类分析，将属性进行分组后建立相关问题的博弈模 型，为公路养护质量与成本决策开辟了一种有效途径。 本论文的研究得到广东省交通厅科技项目一基于博弈理论的东莞市高速公路收 费、养护及交通安全技术研究(科技．2013．02。070)和国家自然科学基金项目一不完 全信息模式广义马尔科夫跳跃系统的微分博弈理论及应用的支持。 关键词：公路运营管理；演化博弈；不确定性演化博弈；Stackelberg博弈；层次算 法；模糊聚类 万方数据 ABSTRACTAB ABSTRACT AB STRACT Highway,the essential public facility for traveling and freight logistics，is an important part of the national economy,defense and people’S livelihood．Since most of highways are toll roads operating，and its management has entrepreneurial feature，it is inevitable that low efficiency of charge，traffic j ams in highway plaza，bad quality of road maintenance and decision on cost management frequently occur in the process of management．Those problems pose negative effects on organization’S economic benefits and the quality of service，which causes social discontent and dissatisfy of investors． Therefore，this thesis，by adopting scientific management theories，focuses on studying the problems in the operation management of expressway． This paper takes expressway as the subject，concentrating on road toll and maintenance in the operation management of expressway from the persp ective of game theory． Firstly,based on the analysis and summary of a great amount of relevant documents， this paper presents the status of road toll and maintenance in operation management of expressway in a relatively comprehensive manner．The analysis of key issues in terms of road toll and maintenance may exert an influence on the performance of expressway operation management，and corroborate the urgency and significance of this research topic．It also helps to identify the focus as well as the outline of the research．
