? 摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 ^ t．一 d 飞标管理工作具有典型的行业性、特殊性和复杂性，是飞行训练质量管理体 系建设的重要环节，事关飞行训练和飞行安全两个核心工作。飞行学院虽然有近 60年的训练历史和经验，但是在飞标管理信息系统建设方面比较落后，一直没有 一个整合训练、安全、质量、运行等的综合管理平台。 随着我院飞行主业的不断发展，学院的飞行教员、飞行学生人数逐年攀升， 飞标管理工作变得日益繁重。学院严格141运行以来，给飞标管理工作带来了新 的要求，传统的人工管理模式无法高效的进行飞标工作管理。学院训练模式不断 改革，学院飞标部门与各业务部门的业务管理信息的传递变得更加复杂，要很好 的解决这些突出问题，提高飞标业务管理效率和水平，研究开发一套管理信息系 统非常必要。 本论文正是针对上述问题，采用基于报表平台的开发技术进行飞标管理信息 系统的开发，根据飞行训练的行业特殊性和飞行学院的具体需求来立项研究。深 入研究飞标业务管理的用户需求和功能需求，以B／S结构为系统框架，oracle为后 台主数据库，以润乾报表为开发平台，以Jsp为报表权限集中调度管理设计，实现 飞标管理信息系统的设计开发。 关键词：飞标管理，润乾报表，B／S结构，oracle ， ‘、 ， —ABSTRACT — ABSTRACT AB STRACT Fli曲t Standard Management has the typical industry,special and complex nature of flight training quality management system is all important part of construction is related to both fli29ht training and flight safety core．Flying while there were nearly 60 years of training history and experience，but the standard management information system in the building of flying backward areas，has not been an integrated training, safety,quality,integrated management platform for running other． With the main hospital the continuous development of the flight，the flight school instructor,flight number of students increased year by yearthe Flight Standard management is becoming increasingly onerous．1 4 1 run strictly college years，to fly standard management has brought new demands，the traditional manual management mode Can not work efficiently for Dart Management．College training model to continuously reform and college darts departments and operational management of all business units become more complex transfer of information to resolve these outstanding issues well and improve flight efficiency and level of standard business management，research and development of a management information system very necessary． This paper is to address the problem，the development platform based on statements Darts technology management information system development，according to industry special flight training and flight scho
