Methods: A stable, secure and fast visualization platform is built utilizing wireless network communication technology and efficient video processing technology. Results: Both the experts in the hospital and the doctors in the ambulance are participating in the rescue mission just like at the scene by the Pre-hospital Emergency system which based on video-to-video visualization, which reduces the delay time before treatment of patient and improves the patients treatment rate. Conclusion: The video-to-video visualization plays a significant role in emergency system to improve the patient treatment rate significantly.
