AbstractEarthquake Abstract Earthquake iS one of the serious natural disasters in the world which Call make great harm to the mankind．At the sarne time．our country iS one of the seriously destroyed countries subjected to earthquake．Hence，it is an urgent mission for US to construct a safe SOcial environment by fmding out effective defensive countermeasures to avoid and relieve earthquaI【e disaster．Seismic hazard evaluation iS a quantitative estimation method assessing the lost of mankind and living condition subjected-to earthquake．It iS of great sense for the rescue SCheme,intemational aid and rebuilding the disaster area to estimate the lOSS ofthe disaster area scientifically．At the beginning ofthe 1980’S．Our country put forward a seismic hazard and losing analysis method based on the seismic intensity．T11iS method iS still USed in the field ofearthquake engineering widely at present．111e study on the evaluation method for seismic hazard based on the ground motion parameter iS the main research direction in seismic hazard evaluation in recent yearS which has gained some useful results． niS thesis brings forward a method for evaluating the seismic hazard based on tlle ground motion parameters．nle method takes use of the least-square method to plot isoline of ground motion parameters taking both the effect of distance to stations and the station directivity into account when interpolating and the comprehensive weight of the two factors serves as the measure of interpolation． Based on the distance-weighted method the isoline iS plotted in this study．The method iS validated by the regression equation of circle and e11ipse and the result implies that the method to confirm the distribution of acceleration of ground motion based on the comprehensive method ofweighted interpolation considering both the reciDrocal of natural logarithm and the direction effect can get better effect．Based on the HAZU$99 method this thesis makes slight change in plowing seismic demand spectr
