万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 随着信息通信技术的不断进步，互联网和宽带通信网得到了极大的发展。IPTV 潜在消费群体巨大，宽带用户可以从有限的 PC 用户拓展到数量庞大的 TV 用户， 是通信运营商在现有宽带应用基础上实现规模继续扩张和利润增长的重要途径。 论文首先对 IPTV 系统的组成和关键技术进行了较为深入的研究。跟据陕西电 信公司网络现状，提出利用现有 IP 网络承载 IPTV 业务的建设方案，给出了 IPTV 业务网络、业务运营平台设计方案、全网组播实现方法、IPTV 业务质量保证方法 等。其次，基于城域网关键技术理论的研究，以满足 IPTV 业务对城域网的需求为 前提，通过分析陕西电信公司城域网的发展现状以及目前所存在的问题，提出了 针对陕西电信公司城域网的全网组播设计方案及 QoS 质量保障方案。最后，论文 对方案进行了评估，并进一步分析了 IPTV 业务的实现，为现阶段城域网建设提供 借鉴和指导。 关键词： IPTV 城域网 QoS 组播技术 Abstract With the unceasing progresses in information and communication technology and IP technology, and vigorously promoting national informatization strategy, internet and broadband communications network have developed greatly. As a valuable application of broadband market prospects, IPTV has giant potential consumer base and can be expanded from limited PC users to a large number of TV users, so it is an important approach to achieve new profit growth point and ascale expansion for the communications operators. Firstly, the IPTV system components and key technologies are studied in this thesis. Based on the current situation of Shaanxi Telecom network, a business-building program that uses the existing IP network to carry IPTV is proposed and the key technologies that Shaanxi Telecom used to deploy IPTV services are discussed. The design plans of IPTV business network and operations platform, the network multicast implementations and the methods for IPTV QoS are advanced. Then, based on the research on key technologies of MAN and to satisfy the IPTV needs of MAN, the current situation and the problems of Shaanxi MAN are analyzed, multicast and QoS scheme in accordance with Shaanxi Telecom MAN are proposed. Finally, the scheme and analyses the realization of IPTV services are evaluated, in order to propose suggestion for MAN construction.
