AbstractUnder Abstract Under the background of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in the whole society,the work for the target groups of the youth is important aspect． Comparedtoother,thepartisalsomorecomplexanddifficult．Firstofall，youngpeople the future ofthe motherland and the force to be reckoned to achieve”China dream”． Their shoulders have the historical responsibility．Secondly,young people have their own characteristics．Their worldview,life view and values view are just formed．At this stage，their physiological and psychological characteristics gradually changed and not mature．The development is vulnerable to outside influence．Generally speaking， the current social environment iS conducive to the cultivation of Adolescents socialist core values．HoweveL there are still interference unfavorable factors，such social moral decline phenomenon，serious official corruption and the school family emphasis intellectual light moral education environment．These have negative impact to the core values of socialism juvenile development work． Therefore，we should find ways and methods to promote the socialist core values adolescent development work．The particularity of shame’S education provide effective ideas for youth development work of socialist values．The function of shame’S education is to establish the basic criteria for judging right and wrong to guide members in social life．In the socialist values adolescent development work，it helps young people establish basic concepts of honor and morality．It laid solid foundation of baseline values to young people before pursuing higher level of values． On this basis，it is possible to take the practicing of socialist core values pride and shame to go against the socialist core values． In this paper，we take overview of socialist values and shame’S education as starting point to introduce related content．On this basis，we analysis the cooperative and mutual between them，and find the process ofpositive function．Then the
