AbstractHandle Abstract Handle the relationship of competition and cooperation between the government, coordinate the relationship between the government’S management behavior and the economic development，can promote the health of the regional development，at the sanle time it is oBr c01]lltrys administrative management major issues to be solved in practice．With the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei rise to a major national strategy,studying the problem of co—opetition relationships optimization between the government in the process of beijing-tianjin—hebei region economy development will play an important role in the regional coordinated development smoothly and the realization of the economic integration．In this paper,based on the analysis of the beijing-tianjin—hebei regional economic relations，using the method of geo-economic relation，studying CO—opetition relationships between the government of the beijing-tianjin—hebei region，and giving advices for constructing a good Co—opetiton Relationship of Local Government． First，this paper expounds the research status of domestic and foreign scholars．introduces the intergovemmental relationship theory,competition theory and geo．economic relations theory,laid the theoretical basis of this article．Secondly，by looking for datas of Beijing，tianjin and hebei at Chinese city statistics yearbook 2014，using Euclidean distance measurement method for measuring economic relations of beijing-tianjin-hebci area,measuring out the competitive and complementary economic relations between the beijing-tianjin-hebei，and analyzing the CO—opetition state between the government in the process of Beijing-tianjin-hebei region economy development．Then， according to the measured results of geopolitical economic relations，analysizing the problems of beijing-tianjin-hebei CO—opetition relationships：competition is greater than the cooperation relations，Failed to get effective use of complementary relationship．And furthelanaly
