PAGE PAGE I 系統保全人員工作滿意度之研究：以某公司為例 王伯頎 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系助理教授，中正大學犯罪防治所博士，臺灣警察學會副秘書長。、李 岱 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系畢業生。、陳雅婷 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系畢業生。、曾惠筠 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系畢業生。、陳湘婷 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系畢業生。、 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系助理教授，中正大學犯罪防治所博士，臺灣警察學會副秘書長。 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系畢業生。 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系畢業生。 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系畢業生。 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系畢業生。 臺灣銘傳大學社會與安全管理系畢業生。 摘 要 保全業是在現代社會快速發展下所興起的新興服務業，自第一家保全公司成立開始至今已經有三十多年的歷史，現今上市的保全公司更多達數百家，逐漸發展成社會上不可或缺的產業，保全業的主要類型分為駐衛警保全、系統保全、人身保全、運鈔保全四大種類。本研究以某公司的系統保全員為研究對象，採立意抽樣的方式選取包含系統保全之客服人員1位，系統保全之技術人員2位，系統保全之勤務人員7位，共計10位研究對象。主要探究的方向在於分析系統保全人員對於工作的滿意度，研究之目的主要為1.了解系統保全人員現況、2.探討系統保全人員之工作內容、3.探討系統保全人員之滿意度 、4.根據研究結果提出改善及建議之方針供保全業者參考。為了達成研究目的，本研究除了蒐集、整理國內外系統保全與工作滿意度之相關文獻外，並採用一對一深度訪談，藉由與系統保全人員開放式的問答中了解其工作內容、工作滿意度與對於工作之歸屬感，並且實施勾選問卷調查，透過上述研究方法綜合分析討論後，本研究結果發現系統保全人員工作內容的好與壞與員工對工作的滿意度成正比，並探討對於若要提高工作滿意度保全公司以及保全人員需要注意或改進之地方，以提供更完整之方法供保全公司管理系統保全人員參考之用途。 關鍵詞:、系統保全、工作滿意度、工作價值觀、主題連結法 Abstract Security industry is in rapid development of modern society under the rise of emerging services, the first security company since its inception it has been thirty years of history, now listed more than hundreds of security companies, and gradually developed into a social an indispensable industry, security industry, the main types are divided into police security guard stationed, system security, physical security, cash transport preservation of the four categories. In this study, a member of the companys security system as the research object, selected using purposive sampling method that contains 1 systems customer service staff ,2 security system security technical staff,and 7 systems security service personnel , a total of 10 subjects. Mainly explore the direction is to analyze system security personnel for job satisfaction, research principally for the purpose :1. Understanding of system security personnel status, 2. Explore the system security officers job content, 3. Discuss system security personnel satisfaction, 4. based on the findings and recommendations for improvements to the guidelines
