CODc，和浊度的效果更好，在投加量为0．192 CODc，和浊度的效果更好，在投加量为0．192 mmol／L时，尾水处理后的TP和CODc， 均可满足地表水III类标准。 4．电镀工业园区污水厂尾水中磷的高效处理技术。由于尾水中次亚磷酸盐含量较 高，需要经过高级氧化等预处理后再进行混凝沉淀处理。本研究首先对高锰酸钾氧化、 芬顿、臭氧氧化等三种预处理方法进行筛选，结果发现，高锰酸钾氧化法反应时间较 长，需要在酸性条件进行，且出水锰离子容易超标；芬顿法也需要调整pH，且污泥产 量大；臭氧氧化反应速度快、去除效果好。最终选择了03+PSAF技术，对实际电镀工 业园区污水厂尾水进行处理，尾水总磷浓度为1．16 mg／L，次亚磷酸盐含量为0．89 mg,m， COD含量为76 mg／L；当臭氧投加量为24 mg／L，PSAF投量0．32 mmol／L时，尾水中 磷浓度可满足地表水III类标准，同时COD值降至一级A标准以下。 关键词：城镇污水；电镀废水；深度除磷：高级氧化；混凝剂 万方数据 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract In consideration of centralized wastewater treatment plants(including municipal sewage treatment plants，industrial park wastewater treatment plant，wastewater treatment plant of mixed type)phosphorus removal efficiency is not satisfactory,total phosphorus(TP) of effluent excess emissions easily,well above the receiving waters features standard to induce risk of eutrophication and other problems；based on the class III criteria in the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water,we developed technology to advanced removal phosphorus from wastewater treatment plant effluent，that is，by chemical coagulation or oxidation pretreatment+coagulation，advanced treating the phosphorus to the standards required by the receiving water function area value，which will further improve the water environment and water ecology． 1．Distribution characteristics of phosphOruS in wastewater treatment plant effluent． This study has selected a urban wastewater treatment plants and a electroplating industrial park wastewater treatment plant to investigated its phosphorus composition．The results show that the urban wastewater treatment plant effluent of total phosphorus Concentration between 0．41．1．39mg／L，the average is 0．94mg／L，in most cases exceed emission standards； Electroplating industrial park Wastewater Treatment Plant effluent of total phosphorus concerltrations of water between 1．1 6．1．2 1 mg／1，exceeds the standards．Different forms of phosphorus in municipal sewage plant effluent distribution are：58．45％
