武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In this paper the research state and development trend of commercial vehicle cab ride comfort have been summarized,and the weakness in research and design in this area also has been discussed.Then put forward to use the theodes of Multi-body dynamic and random vibration to analyze the vibration isolating suspension system for commercial vehicle‘S cab. udy the theories related to vehicle cab ride comfort research。from analyzing the vehicle structure and parts vibration characteristics,put forward that flex frame have the biggest influence with ride comfort.Then。considering the structures of main suspension and cab suspension,build Muti—Body vehicle vibration simulation model include the flex仃ame in ADA^^S software. In order to get the rule of flex frame influence.other two simulation modeI have been built,one include rigid frame,and the other one include weak flex frame. Base on the mode analyze results of flex frame,normal mode and simulation analyses are used to study the whole Muti·Body vehicle vibration system.By normal mode analyses can get the mode frequency and mode shape。and by simulation analyses can know the system’S responds and vibration characteristics.Comparing the Muti—body systems anaIyses results to flex frame normal mode resun.conclusion can be get that ride comfort of whole vehicle has many relationships with the flex of frame,influence extent depend on the Dynamic characteristic of flex frame. Build optimization mathematics model of the Muti-body whole system。then optimize the system,aiming at minimize the max value of acceleration‘S average square root of the seat.Result shows that the optimize is successful. The study in this paper offem a valuable analysis and design method to cab suspension system companies.And provide a feasible method to the similar Muti·body system study.
