II II Abstract Fierce market competition and volatile market demand in modern economic society make the competition of modern manufacturing shift to the competition between enterprises alliances. The emergence of manufacture grid provides the technical foundation for the formation of enterprise alliance, namely providing a scalable resource sharing and collaborative working environment for the manufacturing industry, which makes the sharing and collaborative working of distributed, heterogeneous manufacturing resource possible. Thus, the optimal allocation of resource has become the core of manufacturing grid, which also becomes the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise groups. In this paper, we consider the resource optimal allocation model of enterprise dynamic alliance in manufacturing grid environment. The main work is as follows: Analyze manufacturing resource cooperation process in grid environment. After an introduction about the basic concept, architecture, module function and resource sharing structure of manufacturing gird, we analysis the process of resource transfer as well as the necessity of the formation of dynamic alliance in such an environment. Establish a cooperateive game model regarding contribution level of the alliance members. This model includes a differential equation of state regarding contribution level and an optimal control model regarding the total profit of the alliance. In the differential equation of state , we take the attenuation caused by equipment depreciation or some other factors into consideration as well as the increment of contribution level caused by resource transactions , and the self-increment caused by money input . While, in the optimal control model we choose the proportion of resource provided by the supplies as the control variable. Strategic interaction will among alliance members as they adjust the proportion of provided resources constantly and this will maximize the profit of the union. Solve this op
