But as more and more of the supply chain alliance are quietly rising, there are many problems confronting the supply chain alliance. Mutual cooperation between enterprises, the formation of the supply chain alliance, is aimed at reducing production costs, improving operational efficiency and creating more profits. However, as for the profits, it’s only by fair and reasonable allocation that can ensure the efficiency of the supply chain alliance, forming a virtuous circle to create more profits for the alliance. The theme of this paper is to solve business problems about the distribution of benefits with cooperative game theory. Here is the following items: First, it gives a distinct explanation of the theories of the supply chain alliance and mutual cooperation among enterprises, that is to show that the business must follow certain principles of revenue allocation, moreover, make a certain understanding of risk decision-making and the basic concepts of cooperative games and related contents.
