S曲线加减速速度控制新方法*

:依据数控加工的实际条件,提出了一种新型的 S曲线加减 算法在单段路径中, 通过选取的初
度和末 度, 计算得到加 区匀 区和减 区的时间长度, 消除了一般 S 曲线加减 方法在单一路
径中初 度和末 度相同的约束在多段路径中, 分析了拐角处夹角大小和路径长度对 度的限制条
件, 进而采用移动窗口策略得到预处理段内各拐点 度通过实例仿真, 表明该方法在单段和多段路径
加工过程中能有效缩短加工时间

Abstract: A new control algorithm for Scurve acceleration deceleration is addressed in terms of actual num eri
cal controlm achining conditions. In single path, the length of acceleration period, constant speed period, and
deceleration period are respectively calculated by choosing the starting and ending speed, themachining speed
curve is then obtained. he algorithm elmi inates the restriction on the sam enessof the starting and ending speed
in traditional Scurve acceleration and deceleration. Inmultipath, the speed restriction conditions about corner
size and path length based onm achining paths are respectively analyzed, and each inflexion speed in the pre
treatment paths is given by using the slipw indow pretreatment strategy. Smi ulation results demonstrate that the
proposed algorithm can shorten the machining tmi e on single path andmultipathm achining processes.
