和GR的活性上升。表明嫁接提高了番茄叶片的抗氧化酶活性,减轻了盐胁遗诱 和GR的活性上升。表明嫁接提高了番茄叶片的抗氧化酶活性,减轻了盐胁遗诱 导酶膜脂避氧化。 3。盐胁迫显著降低番茄对钾的吸敢,增强对钠酶吸收。嫁接屠钠更多储存在掇 系中,蔼不是叶片孛,表明嫁接便番茄大大提高了避盐一拒盏能力。K含簧、 K/Na值在盐胁迫下虽下降,但嫁接苗仍比鸯根酋离,说臻嫁接蔷K翡选择性吸 浚能力增强。结暮表明,嫁接换掇詹,根系发达,吸浚能力增强,选择性吸姨 钾的能力提高,提高了番茄的耐盐性。 关键词:番茄,嫁接,盐胁迫,膜麓过氧化,光合作蕉,抗氧德簿,钠,锋 AbstractIn Abstract In recent years,with the successive cultivation in the greenhouse,the secondary salinization in the soil is becoming heavier and has become one of main factors limiting the sustainable development of vegetable production.Tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)is all important vegetable and is widely cultured in open field and greenhouse.There are some wild tomatos,which are more salt—tolerant than common cultivar.Grafting is an important agricultural technique,which has been widely used in crops,such as watermelon,melon,cucumber,tomato,eggplant and so on.Grafting plays an important role in the production of horticulture.Therefore,the research of salt tolerance in tomato is of theoretic and practical significance to direct the production of tomato and improve the USe efficiency of greenhouse.Recently,it has been reported that grafting improved the salt tolerance of watermelon and tomato. However,the mechanisms of grafting on tomato in salt-tolerance are not clear. Therefore,using wild tomato as the rootstock,the effects of grafting on the physiological and biochemical mechanisms in hydroponic tomato seedlings under salt stress were investigated,in order to clarify the possible mechanisms of enhancing salt tolerance in plants.The main results were presented as follows: 1.Under salt stress,grafting treatment significantly increased overground part of plant dry weight。1 00 mM NaCI stress significantly decreased photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate(Wr)and stomatal conductance(GS)in leaves of tomato seedlings,and the grafted seedlings were significantly higher than non—grafted seedlings under 1 00 mM NaCl.Under salt stress,intercellular C02 concentration(Ci) essentially uncha
