万方数据 万方数据 摘要 摘要 城市规划一直是一个困扰着城市人的现实问题，虽然城市规划者们一直致力于城市规划问题的 研究，但是城市规划的问题却一直存在。现代主义城市规划理论盛行多年，到简·雅各布斯这里终 于有了不同的思考。不同于现代主义功能至上的区域规划、冷漠的城市功能分区和自以为是的城市 完美形象的塑造，是一种脱离居民的精英式的规划模式。且这种规划方式不仅造成了城市拥堵和污 染等现实问题，还有人情的淡漠和疏离。雅各布斯对此进行抗议，建议重新回归到城市的真实生活 中，观察城市的内在运作机制，并对此提出城市多样性生发的必要性和重要性，以此提出有机而人 性化的城市规划思想。 本文是从三种文化理论的角度——女性主义理论、后殖民主义理论和后现代主义理论，来阐述 简·雅各布斯的城市规划理论，通过这三个理论来完成对雅各布斯城市多样化条件的解读，以便更 深刻地理解雅各布斯城市规划理论中所体现出来的人文关怀。同时，也希望这种解说方式也能够反 过来为这三个文化理论的内在联系提供一个现实的文本。 关键词：简·雅各布斯； 城市规划； 女性主义理论； 后殖民主义理论； 后现代主义理论 1 南京艺术学院硕士学位论文 Abstract Urban planning has always been a troubled urban real problem, though urban planners have been working on urban planning issues, but the problem of urban planning has been in existence.Modernist urban planning theory prevailed for many years , to Jane. Jacobs finally here think differently . Unlike regional planning function of the supremacy of modernism , indifferent city zoning and opinionated perfect characterization of the city , is a planning mode from elite residents . This approach not only planning and urban congestion and pollution caused by other practical problems , as well as human indifference and alienation . Jacobs this protest , the proposed re-return to the real life of the city , and observe the inner workings of the mechanism of the city, and put forward the necessity and importance of this diversity germinal city , this proposed organic and humane city planning ideas. This article is from the perspective of three cultural theory - feminist theory , postcolonial theory and postmodern theory to illustrate Jane. Jacobs s urban planning theory , be accomplished through these three theories Jacobs interpretation of the diverse conditions of the city , in order to gain a deeper understanding of the theory of urban planning Jacobs reflected the humanistic care.
