ABSTRACT The most fundamental solution of sustainable development of agriculture is to recycle the existing resources. Namely, it is called circular economy. Thoughts of circular agriculture have a long history. Its basic mode is also fully reflected in agricultural development history thousands of years. Although circular economy has been applied in agriculture, but the theoretical research on circular agriculture is limited; the progress of theoretical research on circular economy in China is rapid, but the research literature on agricultural circular economy is not rich. Previous studies have many shortcomings, such as the basic theory and research method of mainstream economics absorption is not enough; research paradigm innovation is not enough; theoretical research is stuck and confused, which lead to the practice of quick and simple. This thesis starts from the decisive factor affecting the agricultural economic growth, illustrates that technological change plays a decisive role on agricultural economic development, and taking it as the logic starting point of the study, further puts forward to upgrade the new mode of technology paradigm of circular agriculture development.” Four-dimensional” strategy of the upgrade of technology paradigm in circular agriculture has been creatively put forward based on game theory analysis and empirical study, and suggestions on regional development of circular agriculture also have been given.
