AbstractEntrepreneurial Abstract Entrepreneurial opportunity is concept and key proposition in the field of entrepreneurship research．Most of current studies focuses opportunity recognition， which only increase the possibility of entrepreneurial SUCCESS．For entrepreneurs， developing opportunities is only way to promote entrepreneurship process．The current academia has failed to reach the concept of entrepreneurial opportunities，which has caused varieties of research paradigm．In the study of entrepreneurial opportunities development，constructivism provides it with kind of interpretation perspective of the interaction between entrepreneurs and stakeholders under certain situation．Dovetailing stakeholders into the research help to study deeply the key factor in the opportunity development process and explain how entrepreneurs establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to fmally realize opportunity development．Therefore，this interaction becomes important direction of deepened study of the opportunity development in the future．Applying the theory of constructivism，this research studies the entrepreneurial opportunity based the interaction between entrepreneurs and stakeholders The research contents follows：First of all，summarizing research of opportunity development especially constructivism theory,elaborating the main idea of Structural Theory and Sense-Making Theory and pointing out the progress and deficiency of current studies by surveying and analyzing the current studies．On above basis，the theme of this essay is confirmed．Secondly，to build the theory model，this essay analyzes in—depth the causes，process and result of the interaction between entrepreneurs and stakeholders to explain the functional mechanism of different interaction modes between entrepreneurs and stakeholders towards entrepreneurial opportunity development． This essay applies study method for qualitative empirical research， combines the first—hand data and secondary sources，and chooses
