The traditional rotary screen printing machine use manual adjustment method relies on the observation of discrimination, but the real situation of this method to take hign labour intensity, and only can determine when the conduction band run on the low-speed. This time-consuming method is not to meet modern methods of mass production. In this thesis ,we introduce the Machine Vision into the rotary screen printing machine control system on basis of the item project ―Control system of Rotary Screen Printing Machine based on the Machine Vision‖.By this way ,we can achieve purpose that automatic detection ,automatically correcting. This approach not only increased production efficiency, but also significantly reduced labor intensity,but also substantially improve the product quality. The system uses high-speed image acquisition, digital processing, and printing process of automatic detection signal. Real-time data acquisition system acquisition printing image datas, the PC uses separation and image matching technology, and compare to the standard patterns, detected the real-time image and get the relative error, and finally get the correction signal. In the printing process, once detect the errors, the system can automatically identify and adjust the location of Rotary, and realize the real-time true automatic control.
