西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 建筑业工程项目供应链信任风险研究 专 业：工业工程 硕 士 生：王阳梅 指导教师：陆秋琴 教授 摘 要 随着建筑行业地不断发展，工程项目也逐步走向大型化、复杂化，传统的工 程项目管理模式已经不断暴露出新的问题，工程项目供应链管理开始被关注和研 究。工程项目供应链的成功实施需以参建方之间的信任为基础，建筑市场竞争激 烈，不确定因素多，不良现象普遍存在。建筑行业需不断改善市场环境及供应链 节点企业的关系。基于我国建筑市场状况，信任问题并没有在工程项目实施过程 中得到充分地重视，如何规避风险，让信任在工程项目中发挥最大的作用是值得 探讨的问题。因此，本文对建筑业工程项目供应链信任风险进行分析和研究。在 对国内外的研究现状以及相关理论和方法进行分析的基础上，本文对工程项目供 应链信任风险进行风险识别、风险评价、风险管理研究。研究内容如下： 风险识别。在对工程项目供应链的结构进行分析的基础上，通过对基于 SCOR 模型的工程项目供应链的策划、采购、施工、销售、使用五个基本流程进行分解， 分析出其中的信任风险要素，并将要素划分为项目合作、能力、企业机制、关系 特征和沟通系统五个不同的维度。 风险评价。本文运用识别出的不同维度的要素进行供应链信任风险评价。首 先，构建信任风险评价指标体系；然后，运用粗糙集对指标数据进行处理；最后， 运用基于优势度的不确定多属性决策方法对指标的重要性做排序评价。通过实证 分析，得出能力对信任的影响最大。 风险管理。本文以信任风险识别和评价的分析为基础，提出信任风险管理措 施，并对 Partnering 模式进行分析。 关键词：工程项目；供应链；信任风险；粗糙集；多属性决策 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 The Study of the Trust Risk in Construction Project Supply Chain Specialty： Industrial Engineering Name： Wang Yangmei Instructor： Prof. Lu Qiuqin Abstract With the continuous development of the construction industry, the project also gradually toward large-scale and complicated.
