摘要 摘要 I I 江西产业结构调整研究 摘要 虽然我国一直在实行市场化经济，但是作为江西来说，起步晚、发展速度慢，导致 了当前市场发展不成熟的局面，再加上江西本土产业的特殊性、区域性，市场结构还存 在很多缺陷。事实证明按照国家要求光依靠市场本身的自我调节机制的产业结构调整耗 费了相当多的经济资源、人力资源，而且并没有取得理想的效果。 江西省的第二产业自改革开放以来发展迅速，并且已经成为了江西的支柱产业，对 当地经济发展起到了很好的促进作用。但就产业结构调整来说，这个优势反而成为了劣 势。本文采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法进行深入研究，以期对江西省当前的产 业结构情况，三大产业平衡对促进经济发展的影响，影响产业结构调整的因素，以及他 们各自对结构优化所起的影响作用几个问题进行回答。 本文首先介绍国内外对于产业结构调整的研究状况，对通过研究所得出的理论进行 了梳理，并简要说明了国内学者对于江西省产业结构的研究成果。然后对江西的产业结 构进行了整体和内部的研究分析，并得出在分析过程中所发现的不足。之后选取了按区 域划分的中部地区和东部地区当中的九个省份和江西省一并进行实证分析。第一步是构 建产业结构调整的评价体系，运用因子分析法确定各省综合得分，第二步从影响产业结 构的四个方面确定指标，最后对各省自 2000 年至 2009 年的面板数据构建对应的面板数 据模型进行实证分析，确定产业结构优化的影响因素以及其各种的影响程度。 本文选取江西省作为研究对象，取中东部其他九省与其构成样本。通过对历史数据 进行分析，找出产业结构调整的影响因素，并根据实证结果从四个方面对未来江西产业 结构优化提出了可行性的建议：大力开展产业专业招商引资、重点培养高技术人才队伍、 将主导行业转移到旅游业、促进新兴产业发展。 关键词：产业结构，结构调整，实证分析，因子分析 Ab Abstract II II RESEARCH ON JIANGXI PROVINCE INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE ADJUSTMENT ABSTRACT Although our country has been in a market-oriented economy. But as Jiangxi speaking, late starting, slow development speed and the regional particularity of the local industry made the current market immature. Facts prove that only taking market’s regulation mechanism to adjust industry structure according to the national requirements would take quite a number of economic resources and human resources. And they do not achieve the ideal effect. The second industry of Jiangxi province which had been its pillar industry developed rapidly since the reform and opening up, and played a good role in promoting local economic development. But this advantage became the disadvantage for structure adjustment. This paper use theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method both to study in depth. What’s the industrial structure of Jiangxi province; How to balance the three big industry to promote the degree of economic development greatest; What are the influenced factors; How about their effect.
