f㈣『fIff删删㈣f||Jjf|j『IfJjJf舳『lYllA f㈣『fIff删删㈣f||Jjf|j『IfJjJf舳 『lYllA 9 1|了r|,l,．U|rlll6lllillllrllll 硕士论文 摘 要 高速公路养护目前在我国还是新兴的朝阳产业，有着巨大的市场发展前景。本人 是较早从事我省高速公路养护工作的从业者和管理者之一，现工作的单位，一江苏高速 公路工程养护有限公司，是担负着江苏高速公路路网养护任务的省属国有企业。成立 几年来，公司运营状况良好，发展较快，但尚未对整体发展做清晰全面的研究和规划， 且将面临着国家养护体制改革等内、外部因素变化带来的压力困挠、挑战和机遇。因 此，对公司发展战略进行研究分析是具有很强的现实应有前景的。 希望通过所服务的公司的使命研究、内外部环境、公司定位、战略目标和总体战 略、具体职能战略和战略实施的研究分析，对公司应对行业体制改革、市场竞争、提 高养护质量、解决人力资源和养护设备配置相对滞后等问题有所帮助；对公司明确发 展方向，确定战略目标和发展战略有所借鉴，并建议公司通过两个阶段的发展来实施 “养护为本、科技领先、市场导向、协作联盟为主要内容的四大发展战略，从2016 年到2020年进入成熟发展期，在三层业务链建设、市场拓展、组织建设、企业融资、 人才发展、资源配置、政策支持等方面得到全面提升，以进一步适应我省高速公路及 其养护事业可持续发展的需要。 关键词：高速公路维护发展战略 Abstract Abstract 硕士论文 Abstract At present the high way maintenance is the emerging sunrise industry in our country， it has the giant market development proSpect．I Rill one of the early practitioner and superintendents who is engaged in the highway maintenance work of our province．I anl now work in The Jiangsu highway Project Maintenance Limited Company,it is shouldering the maintenance duty of the Jiangsu highway road nd№rk and it is the State-owned business．Since it’S establishment，the company operates very well，develops quickly，but not yet does the clear comprehensive research and the plan to the integral development,．and will be facing the pressure puzzle，the challenge and the oppormaity of the national maintenance organizational reform and SO on，also the external factor change brings．Therefore，The research on the corporate growth strategy will have the prospect． That through research on company’S mission，the intemal and external environment, the company locates，the strategic target and the overall strategy，the concrete functional strategy and the strategic implementation research analysis，it is helpful to deal、)I，inl the profession organizational reform，the ma
