摘 摘 要 建筑智能化行业是中国建筑业的一个新兴行业，国内建筑智能化企业目前的 主要精力处在技术探讨和研究阶段，基本上还没有对项目管理进行很深的理解， 更达不到对项目的成本管理有非常深入的认识，也就更谈不上能够充分结合理论 进行实际操作。随着中国加入世贸组织后，建筑市场的全面开放，特别是2008 年北京奥运会的举办，中国对建筑水平的要求会越来越高，从而隐藏着巨大的建 筑智能化市场。中国建筑智能化企业面临这样的机遇和挑战，除了学习国外先进 的产品技术外，还应该学习成本管理的知识理论，提升自己的项目管理水平，搞 好成本管理，减少政府和企业的无效投资，创造更大的经济效益和社会效益。 本论文分六章进行论述：第1章为绪论部分；第2章为项目成本管理的理论 研究；第3章是论述建筑智能化工程项目成本管理分析；第4章为建筑智能化工 程成本管理的方法应用：第5章进行项目成本管理软件的说明；第6章为总结。 本论文采用了比较研究、理论与实际相结合的方法，通过统计、图表、举例说明 进行全面分析和探讨，可以作为建筑智能化行业相关人员成本管理的学习指导和 实践指南。 关键词：建筑智能化项目；成本管理；项目成本管理体系；项目成本管理软 件 ABSTRACTIntelligent ABSTRACT Intelligent Building is a new field of building in China．Domestic building enterprises put their emphasis on technical research while lack deep knowledge of project management far from knowledge of cost management and practical operation linked with theory．After joining WTO，building market of China was completely opened，requirement On building level improved accordingly especially on holding of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games．With these opportunities and challenges，building enterprises should get more knowledge of cost management as well as overseas advanced technology in order to improve their level of project management，handle COSt management，decrease invalid investment of government and enterprise and create large economic and social effect． This paper gives its viewpoint in 6 chapters asl introduction，theory research of project cost management，cost management analysis of intelligent building project， cost management application of intelligent building project，cost management software introduction of intelligent building project,summary．The paper uses method of comparison research，combination of theory and practice and makes complete analysis with chart and examples．It can be used as guidance of cost management for relative intelligent building technicians． Key words：intelligent building project，cost management，project cost management structure，project cost management software 独创性声明本人声明所呈交的学位论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究工作和取得的 独创性声明 本人声明所呈交的学位论文是本人在
