摘要 摘 要 I I 随着对教师专业化认识的深入和基础教育课程改革的推进，教师教育的改革 和发展受到了越来越广泛的关注。高等院校师范生职前学校教育作为教师教育体 系中培养教师的主渠道，其地位不容忽视，它给师范生提供的是一种职业准备教 育，帮助其及早进行职业生涯规划并做好今后教师职业生涯发展的职前准备。同 时，自师范生就业市场化以来，高等院校师范生在我国大学生就业形势愈发严峻 的大背景下也面临着巨大的挑战，这使得对高等院校师范生职业生涯规划教育问 题的探讨具有了更多的现实意义。基于以上考虑，本研究选择了高等院校师范生 职业生涯规划教育作为研究主题。 本论文以江西省不同层次的三所高等院校为研究对象，采用文献法、访谈法、 和问卷调查法，旨在通过实证调查，了解江西省高等院校师范生职业生涯规划教 育的现状和存在的主要问题，并对促进其职业生涯规划教育有效进行的对策加以 思考和探究，以期促进江西省高等院校师范生职业生涯规划教育实施的有效性， 提高其实施的价值。 调查主要从学校工作现状、教师和行政人员访谈情况、学生问卷调查和访谈 情况及相关教育文献分析几方面展开。通过调查发现，近几年来各高等院校职业 生涯规划相关工作取得了可喜的变化，但作为一个正在发展着的新事物，职业生 涯规划教育存在着诸多亟待解决的问题，主要表现在如下方面：（1）师生职业生 涯规划教育意识有待于进一步提高；（2）职业生涯规划教育课程建设缺乏系统性、 特色性和有效性；（3）职业生涯规划教育方式单一，学生满意度不高；（4）职业 生涯规划教育师资力量有待于进一步充实，并增强其专业化程度。 针对上述问题，笔者对促进江西省高等院校师范生职业生涯规划教育有效进 行提出以下几点建议：（1）强化观念更新，提高师生职业生涯规划教育意识；（2） 加强职业生涯规划教育的课程建设；（3）开发多元化职业生涯规划教育方式，提 升学生满意度；（4）完善师资队伍建设，提高职业生涯规划教育的有效性； 关键词：高等院校；师范生；职业生涯规划教育调查 Abstract Abstract II II The reform and development of teachers’ education gets widely concerned with knowledge of teachers’ specialization and advancement of Elementary-education curriculum reform. The significance of normal students’ pre-vocational school education as a main channel of training teachers in the teachers’ education shouldn’t be ignored which provides teachers with preparation for vocational education and help them to make preparations for the roles of being a teacher in this lifelong profession. At present, as required in the market-oriented employment, the normal students from universities encounter increasing challenges. Thus, it arouses a meaningful discussion on the issue of teachers’ career planning and development education. Based on the above consideration, normal students in universities career planning education (CPE) is chosen as the subject of this research. Choosing the three different levels universities in Jiangxi as research objects and applying the approaches of literature reviews, face-to-face interviews, questionnaires and surveys and observations, this thesis aims at the discovery of existing problem
