Jiangxi province has increased the proportion of the second industry which promote Jiangxi province from a big agricultural province to a large industrial province,and accelerate the industrialization in the short term.And it follows the rule of the evolution of industrial structure.However, with the continued rising of the proportion of the second industry,the third industry has not been developed enough,which does not conform to the law of industry structure in the long run.It can not optimize the structure of the industrial,and it may lead to the imbalance of industrial structure in Jiangxi province.Finally,according to the negative impact of industrial transfer,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to undertake industrial effectively.
