南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 生产性服务业作为后工业时代的典型象征，具有高知识密度、高附加值、高技术手段等特 点，承担了知识生产和资源配置的双重功能，是知识经济社会基础结构的重要组成部分。江苏 作为我国的经济大省和制造业大省，近些年来各级政府也逐渐认识到生产性服务业一方面在经 济发展中的基础性、先导性、驱动者的作用，另一方面生产性服务业与制造业之间存在的互动 关系，对于江苏省走出新型工业化道路及制造业强省之路有着重要意义。 本文首先从江苏生产性服务业的发展趋势与现状入手，运用四个竞争力指标对江苏生产性 服务业进行了纵向和横向的比较分析。横向看，江苏生产性服务业竞争力高于全国平均水平， 但是弱于浙江、广东、上海；纵向看，江苏生产性服务业发展趋势与总体经济发展趋势趋于一 致，增加值占 GDP 比重总也趋于稳定。论文从优势、劣势、机遇、挑战四个角度对江苏生产性 服务业发展前景进行分析。 其次分别从理论和实证两个方面分析生产性服务业对经济发展的促进作用，从理论方面看， 江苏生产性服务业对提高人力资本利用效率、提高创新能力、完善江苏城市功能、转变经济增 长方式、吸引投资及推动制造业及其它服务业发展等六个方面有明显的作用；在实证方面，本 文运用就业弹性系数、格兰杰因果关系分析、投入产出分析、面板数据模型四个实证分析模型 从就业、劳动生产率、产业关联度、经济增加值等方面验证了生产性服务业对经济的推动作用。 最后，依据国外发展生产性服务业的经验并结合江苏省自身特点给出优化产业布局、加快 交通基础设施建设、进行法律和行业协会建设、实行互补和错位竞争、推进市场机制改革、推 进城市化进程、提高劳动收入比例等加快江苏生产性服务业发展的政策建议。 关键字：江苏，生产性服务业，经济发展，促进作用 I 江苏生产性服务业对经济发展的促进作用研究 江苏生产性服务业对经济发展的促进作用研究 II II Abstract Producer services as a symbol of the typical post-industrial era, with high knowledge intensity, high value-added, high-tech means of the characteristics of knowledge production and assumed the dual function of resource allocation, economic and social infrastructure of knowledge of the important part.
