S 基因中的某些突变位点可能改变病毒的某些生物学性质，如感染性、抗 原性和免疫原性，是 HBV 免疫逃逸和持续感染的分子机制之一。 3.C 基因某些位点突变可能改变了 HBeAg 和 HBcAg 在宿主内的表达加工及 分泌特征，同时也可能对宿主抗 HBcAg 的细胞免疫反应产生了下调作用，是导 致儿童 HBV 慢性感染的分子与免疫调节机制之一。 4. X 基因氨基酸突变率较高，多个突变位点的 HBx 影响 HBV 的复制及表 达的反式调节，在儿童 HBV 慢性感染起一定的作用。 5. 江西地区儿童 HBV 以 B 基因型为主，且以 B2 亚型占主导。血清型以 adw 型为主。 关键词：乙型肝炎病毒；全基因组；儿童；突变；基因型；测序 江西省教育厅科学技术研究项目，No：GJJ12069 IV Ab Abstract ABSTRACT Background: With the HBV immunization covering whole newborn infants in China, the prevalence of hepatitis B has been effectively controlled ， especially among the children. But some children with immunization of HBV vaccine are still infected HBV. HBV infection of children can cause acute and chronic liver diseases, ranging from fulminant hepatitis to cirrhosis, and, eventually, hepatocellular carcinoma. The mechanism of HBV infection among immunized children is complex. The variation of HBV genome is one important mechanism. Currently there is less research about the molecular characteristics of HBV infected by immunized children，and mutation analysis of complete genome of HBV infecting children immunized in Jiangxi province have not been reported. Objective: This project will screen HBV positive serum among children immunized with hepatitis B vaccine in Jiangxi province. The significant mutation sites will be searched based on the PCR amplification of complete HBV genome DNA ， and sequence analysis of HBV different ORFs aim to provide viral molecular information for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in immunized children. Methods: Collection and screening of clinical samples: Blood samples of children with HBV immunization were gathered in Jiangxi Children’s Hospital between January 2012 to December 2012. ELISA kit for detecting the HBV-M was used to
