摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘要 目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染与江西地区原发性青光眼的相关性。 方法：本实验分别收集原发性开角型青光眼(POAG 组) 30 例 30 眼、原发性 慢性闭角型青光眼(PACG 组) 30 例 30 眼及单纯老年性白内障患者(正常对照组) 30 例 30 眼，进行 14C-尿素呼气试验及光学相关断层扫描（OCT）、自动电脑视 野仪等相关眼部检查，将所得数据进行比较，并做相关性分析。 结果：青光眼各组之间平均光敏度缺损差异不显著，青光眼各组平均眼内 压明显高于正常对照组，具有统计学意义，而青光眼各组之间的眼内压对比无 明显差别。26／30(87.6％)的原发性开角型青光眼组患者，16／30(53.3％)原发 性慢性闭角型青光眼组患者，13／30(43.3％)单纯性白内障组患者 14C-尿素呼气 呈阳性，原发性开角型青光眼组 HP 阳性率明显高于原发性闭角型青光眼组和单 纯性白内障组患者，有统计学意义(分别为 P=O.005，P=O.001)，而原发性闭角 型青光眼组和单纯性白内障组患者之间差异不显著，无统计学意义(P=0.438)。 原发性开角型青光眼 HP 浓度与视盘 RNFL 平均厚度呈负的直线相关（相关系数 为-0.021，R2=0.497，P0.05），有统计学意义。 结论：POAG 组的 HP 阳性率比其他两组明显升高，POAG 组的 HP 浓度与 视盘 RNFL 厚度有很好的直线相关性，幽门螺杆菌感染可能是原发性开角型青光 眼的危险因素之一。 关键词：原发性青光眼；幽门螺杆菌；发病机制 I AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Purpose： To investigate the relationship of Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and onset of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) in Jiangxi province. Methods ： 矶e collected 30 eyes of 30 primary open angle glaucoma patients (POAG group)， 30 eyes of 30 primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG group) and 30 eyes of 30 senile cataract patients (control group) .All the patients have accepted 14C- urea breath test and optical coherence tomography (OCT)， automatic computerized visual field analyzer and other related ophthalmological examinations. All the patients data were underwent statistical processing and correlation analysis. Result： No significant difference is detected in mean light sensitivity between two glaucomaus group. The mean intraocular pressure of glaucomaus group was significant higher than control group， but no significant difference between them. 14C- urea breath test in 26 / 30 (87.6%) of POAG group， 16 / 30 (53.3%) of PACG group， 13 / 30 (43.3%) with control group is positive.
