啊!4441WU 摘费 摘要 自工业革命以来，人类过多的燃烧煤、石油和天然气，这些燃料燃烧后放 出大量的 C02 气体。人类向大气中排入的 C02 等吸热性强的温室气体逐年增加， 大气的温室效应也随之增强，已引起全球性气候变暖等一系列严囊问题。因此， 如何减少碳的排放已经引起了全世界各国的关注。研究表明，发展低碳经济是 目前解决气候问题和资源短缺问题的根本途径，实现经济发展与资源环境保护 双赢的必然选择。 江西是一个能源资源贫乏的省份，发展低碳经济是实现经济崛起的现实选 择，同时也是江西经济一个弯道超车的好时机。江西除了良好的生态环境外， 还具备发展低碳经济坚实的产业基础，但仍存在很多技术和政策上的不足。研 究江西省发展低碳经济的问题，对于江西在中部地区崛起，对于全国范围内发 展低碳经济都具有非常意耍的意义。 本文针对江西省的具体情况，从内部因素和外部因素进行低碳经济分析， 从而提出了相应的建议。全文分为五章:第一章是绪论。在绪论部分主要是提出 研究背景和研究意义及相关的文献综述:第二章着重阐述了江西低碳经济发展 的现状及发展的意义;第三章运用 SWOT 模型对江西的内部和外部环境进行了 分析，并构造 SWOT 矩阵;第四章是在第二章的基础上提出相应的发展低碳经 济对策:第五章进行全文总结和对将来经济发展的展望。 关键词:低碳经济，经济崛起， SWO丁分析，气候变暖 11 11 飞 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Since the industrial revolution， humans buming too much coal，oil and gas，the combustion of these fuels emit large amount of C02 gω.
