湖南师范大学 硕士学位论文 江西新余市民办职业学校学生管理特性研究 姓名：胡相荣 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：教育硕士 指导教师：李爱良 201111 lIIII lIIII I qlll lllltl IIII filllI Y2046797 摘 要 职业教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分，它在推动我国社会主义进 程中，起到了非常重要的作用。随着人们群众和社会经济对职业教育的不 断需求，民办职业教育孕育而生，补充了公办学校不能满足社会对教育多 层次，多样化的需要。民办职业学校的飞速发展，学生管理工作起着不可 替代的作用，它对民办职业学校的稳定，培养高素质的人才发挥了重要作 用。学生管理工作是以有关规定为依据，规范学生的思想行为，帮助学生 健康成长，顺利完成学业，培养学生良好的学习习惯、生活习惯和行为习 惯，让学生掌握基本的自理能力、自治能力和独立生活能力。使学生能健 康、愉快地成长，在德智体美等方面得到全面、和谐的发展。民办职业学 校学生相对公办学校学生有着明显的特殊性和复杂性，本文通过对民办学 校学生管理体系、学生思想政治状况，学习现状、心理健康状况和校园文 化建设等多个方面加以分析，研究其与公办学校学生的不同之处，在比较 分析中呈现民办职业学校学生管理的特殊性。在分析研究的基础上，探求 民办职业学校学生管理特殊性的成因，从加强学风建设、学生管理队伍建 设、校园文化建设等方面加以阐述，总结出民办职业学校行之有效的学生 管理对策。 同时，基于民办职业学校学生管理的特殊性，除常规的共性的管理对 策外，必须积极探索新的管理思路。笔者从其所在的学院学生管理实践出 发，从创新学生管理体系，优化学生管理队伍，加强学风建设和校风建设， 利用现代化技术和手段进行管理等几个方面进行梳理概括，以求抛砖引玉。 关键词：民办职业学校；学生管理；以人为本 ABSTRACTNon——governmental ABSTRACT Non——governmental vocat ional school students are characteri zed by their distinctiveness and compiexities．This essay mainly studies the differences between the non——governmental school students and the publ ic school students as well as analyzes the difficulties in terms of the management of the non——governmental vocational school students through the analys i s on the five aspects，that i s，the non—governmental school students management system，the pol itical ideology condition of students，their current learning status， psychological well—being，psychographic segmentation，and the campus culture construction．By contrast，the essay presents you the di st inct iveness of the non—governmental school student management． The work of student management is based on relevant provisions standardizing students’thoughts and behaviors，helping students to grow up healthily and finish school smoothly，fostering students’ good learning habits，living habits and behavior habits， enabling students to master the basic self—care abilities， autonomous abilities and the abilities of 1iving independently． Therefore，students can grow up healthi iF and happi ly，which forms a comprehe
