工程硕L学位论文 工程硕L学位论文 建筑业采购奄 摘要 采购管理是建筑工程项目管理的熏要组成部分，是企业降低成本的重要环节，对 于保障施工进度，保障施工质量具有重要意义。采购管理系统必须能够处理多种类型 原材料的采购工作：支持对采购流程进行定义；提供招标采购、直接采购等功能；对 采购的原材料提供详细的供应商、批次等信息的管理；采购管理系统还应与企业ERP 系统有良好的接口，以保障采购作业能够顺利完整地进行。 本文分析了建筑业采购管理的特点和建筑物料采购的要求，在系统需求分析的基 础上，探讨了系统的总体设计和数据库设计，并介绍了系统关键模块的详细设计。该 项目开发设计的面向建筑业的采购管理系统，实现了用户的需求，同时也是对用友 ERP在建筑材料采购管理方面的功能扩展。该项目的开发验证了实施二次开发满足用 户个性化需求是可行的。 本课题的研究拓展了用友ERP系统的采购管理功能，并与用友ERP完美结合，协 同工作；实现了企业采购流程的灵活定制，满足了用户的个性化需求；实现了招标采 购的简单决策支持；降低了建筑企业的采购成本；提高了采购效率；对于同类软件的 开发具有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：采购管理系统；建筑业；企业资源计划：管理信息系统 Abstract Abstract 硕士论文 Abstract Procurement management is an important part of management of construction project， is an important part of enterprises to reduce costs．It has great significance to ensure the construction progress and quality．Purchasing management system must be able to handle Various types of raw materials procurement，support the procurement process to defme， Provide bidding and direct procurement and other functions；Provide details of procurement of raw materials suppliers，batches and other information management； Procurement management system and enterprise ERP system should have a good interface to ensure the procurement process Can proceed smoothly and completely． This paper analyzes the characteristics of construction purchasing management and the requirements of construction materials procurement，discusses overall design and the database design of the system，and introduces the detailed design of key modules of the system．The project designs the construction purchasing management system which is not only realizes the users’demands，but also on the UF ERP procurement management in the construction materials extensions．The design verified the feasibility which Can meet users individualized demand through implementing secondary development． The
