Enterprises began to use electronic marketing methods to replace the original manual operation mode. This new model brings some innovation：transaction process becoming highly automated；different suppliers using the network platform to build closer ties；quality of service level improved greatly; and the cost of enterprise management reduced. Now, the enterprise raise competitiveness with E-commerce, thus has broader prospects for development. In this paper, through the Jiangsu Telecom Electronic Procurement Project and Jiangsu Telecom electronic procurement management present situation analysis, the key points of the Jiangsu Telecom electronic procurement project management was studied and the interpretation of the effective. On the Jiangsu Telecom e-business project process management, human resource management, electronic procurement scheme design, electronic procurement supplier relationship management and project management content makes a systematic and comprehensive investigation and analysis.
