南京理T大学t程硕十学位论文 南京理T大学t程硕十学位论文 扛苏电信业务吏撑系统设计的研究 摘要 本文通过对市场环境和业务需求的关键技术发展的分析，阐述了电信业务需求 的发展趋势，主要内容是江苏电信业务支撑系统设计的研究，所做的研究工作包 括： 详细介绍BSS系统建设的系统背景及相关电信业务支撑系统的数据建模、基 于构件的软件开发、工作流技术、人机界面设计和EAI等技术． 在阐明应用设计原则、过程原则和异常设计原则后，就系统的功能、目的及软 件架构进行了阐述。分别采用用例，逻辑和实现视图具体说明了BSS系统的结构。 在分析已有研究成果的基础上，结合BSS与客服系统详细论述了接口实现， 包括电信业务支撑系统的接口构架，设计的原则和实现机制，接口分类，并针对 密码同步、密码校验、自动受理、自动语音障碍处理和市场调查等功能，给出了 具体的实现方法。 最后针对系统设计中可能遇到的问题进行了深入的分析和阐述，并提出了将来 的工作设想。 【关键字】：电信，业务支撑系统，构件、工作流、人机界面、企业应用集成，J2EE 竺!堑丝 竺!堑丝 一——一一 一． 三堡竺：￡兰竺丝塞 Abstract This paper explains the trend of telecom service needs by analyzing the key technology of maAet environment．Its main content is the design of Jiangsu lelecom buessiness service support system，the research works include： Presenting the of background of BSS construction and the data model of relative telecom buessiness support system，the software development which based on compcnts, workflow technology，the design of user infterface and the EAl． By introducing the principle of application design，process design and exception design，the author explain the system function，target and software structure．Th[ough the three parts，u蚪ase view,logical view and releaziation view,it well explain the structure of BSS in detail． After study the research achievements，the author gives out the interface realization of BSS．It includes the interface skeleton，the design principle and realization mechanism and the calssify of interface．For the main function，such as synchronization of password，verification of password，auto-application，interative voice respond of fault processing and market research，the author give out the realization method． At the end of this paper we put forward some opinion about the how to solve the problems in the process，and proposed the future work tentative plan． [Keywords]：Telecomunication，Business Support System，Component，WorkFlow, GUI．EAL J2EE ¨ 声 声 明 本学位论文是我在导师的指导下取得的研究成果，尽我所知，在 本学位论文中，除了加以标注和致谢的部分外，不包含其他入已经发 表或公布过的研究成果，也不包含我为获得任何教育机构的学位或学 历而使用过的材料。与我一同工作的同事对本学位论文做出的贡献均 已在
