摘 要 高速公路的建设与沿线生态环境保护两者的协调一直是人们重点关注的问 题，目前也尚未得到系统性的研究成果和公认的综合协调设计方法。本文针对近 年来高速公路强调优质高效、生态环保和可持续发展的特点，探讨了如何在设计 环节中贯彻落实“环保优先”的理念，确定了结合环境保护要求的九条选线原则 及相应指标和方法，对平原微丘和山岭重丘两类不同地形的高速公路线路,分别选 择鹰瑞高速和奉铜高速两个实际工程进行路线方案设计，同时辅以其他常用的环 境保护设计对策，从而使高速公路与沿线周边环境保持自然协调，为江西高速公 路选线提供科学的方法，主要形成以下两点结论： 1、以鹰瑞高速公路为依托，在充分考虑平原微丘区地形平坦、房屋密集、农 业丰富、水系发达等特点的基础上，将路线方案布设的决定因素从线形指标、工 程经济的角度，调整为以环保优先的路线设计理念，通过提高环境影响评价所占 比重主导路线方案比选的结果，对其各项方案评价指标进行具体分析、验证，并 逐步运用到工程设计实践中，形成一套适用于江西平原微丘区结合周边环境选线 的系统有效的方法。 2、以奉铜高速公路为依托，在充分考虑山岭重丘区地形复杂、山高林密、地 质不良、工程艰巨等特点的基础上，将路线方案布设的决定因素从线形指标、工 程经济的角度，调整为以环保优先的路线设计理念，通过提高环境影响评价所占 比重主导路线方案比选的结果，对其各项方案评价指标进行详细分析、验证，并 逐步运用到工程设计实践中，形成一套适用于江西山岭重丘区结合周边环境选线 的系统有效的方法。 [关键词] 高速公路；平原微丘；山岭重丘；环境选线；环境协调设计 Abstract There is growing public concern about the coordination of highway construction and its line-side ecological environmental protection. So far, no systematic research result or any commonly-recognized integrated designing method has been discovered. Recent years highway developing emphasis on quality and efficiency, the characteristics of eco-environmental protection and sustainable development, for that this paper explored the concept of how to implement the design aspects of “ Prioritize environment protection”, and made a combination of nine route selection principles and its relevant index and methods, which finally select the two different terrain of plane-small hills and mountain ridge and combine with the actual designing methods of two projects “Yingrui Highway” and “Fengtong Highway”, in the meantime, aided with other common designing methods of environmental protection, So that the highway and the surrounding environment keeped natural coordination.It also provided the scientific method of route selection to Jiangxi highway, and the conclusions are as following: Taking the Yingrui Highway as a case, terrain features of plainness, intensive houses, rich agriculture and water system were taked into consideration, and the original decisive factors of line s
