啊!jjjV出 摘要 摘要 2009 年，面对极其复杂的国际形势，江西积极响应全国的号召，以科学发 展观为指导，加快转变经济发展方式，推动产业结构调整和升级，保持区域经 济平稳增长。同时，认真贯彻落实积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策，保 证金融业的合理健康发展。可见，金融发展与产业结构调整在区域经济发展方 面都被提上了重要的议事日程。近年来，江西鼠加大了产业结构调整的步伐， 但总体滞后于经济发展的进程，与中部地区及全国相比还存在一定的差距。因 此，加大江西产业结构调整力度，已经成为江西实现跨越式发展的关键。然而， 金融作为现代经济的核心，其提供的资金是保证产业结构调整的直接推动力。 金融发展关系到产业结构合理调整的成败，研究江西金融发展与产业结构调整 之间的关联机制，对于提升江西金融业的总体水平，以促进产业结构的调整， 具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。 本文在结构上共分为六章。文章以金融发展与产业结构调整之间的相互关 联机制为主线，深入探讨并实证分析了江西金融发展与产业结构调整之间的相 互关系，并提出了具体的对策建议。文章主要分为以下几个部分 z 首先，界定 了产业结构和金融发展内涵、表现及其相互作用机制;其次，从总囊相结构上 分析了江西金融发展与产业结构的现状;然后通过建立计蠢模型对江四金融结 构和产业结构之间的相互关系进行实证检验:最后根据对比分析和实证分析的 结果提出江西加快金融发展以促进产业结构调黠的对策建议。 文章立足于金融发展与产业结构调整之间的相互关联机制，提出金融发展 作用于产业结构的过程为: (金融一影响储蓄和投资一影响资金的流量结构一影 响生产要素分配结构一影响资金存量结构一…·影响产业结构)。利用现状分析发现 问题和实证分析得出的结果，结合江西具体省情省况，提出了以下几点对策建 议:第一，加强江丽金融组织体系建设，提高金融机构储蓄转化为投资方面的 能力;第二，探索建立与江西产业结构调整相配套的金融工具体系:第三，改 善优化金融生态环境，以促进江西金融业的发展:第四，加强风险投资体系建 设推动新兴高科技产业的技术进步和发展，适应产业结构的需求。 关键词 z 金融发展:产业结构:结构调整:江西 ABS丁RACT ABSTRACT In 2009，facing wi也 an extremely complex intemational situation， Jiangxi Province actively responded ω 由.e call of our coun町 that is to take 也e scientific outlook on developmentωgu 胁时e，to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development， to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial S衍ucture and maintain stable regional economies growth.
