中文摘要各种事物都是过程性的事件，一方面各有其特性，一方面又彼此相关。每一 中文摘要 各种事物都是过程性的事件，一方面各有其特性，一方面又彼此相关。每一 事物都处在其它事物所构成的不断变化的脉络之中，并在这种动态的脉络中以共 同创造的方式成就自身。建筑更新也是这样，旧建筑在更新前作为一个独立的整 体存在，由于各种原因需要改造，无论增加或减少，或改变局部，必然引起建筑 各部分之间，与周围建筑关系的变化，这种关系变化是相对的，是以再次的建筑 更新而变化的，因此，我们可以这样说，建筑更新所谓的“新”与“旧”的关系 是历时性的，相对性的，是一个动态变化的过程。本篇论文想从系统的角度来探 索一下其中的种种关联，建筑更新所主要体现的新与旧之间基本特征的变化，将 建筑更新作为一个系统来进行研究，对于建筑系统来说，建筑更新的运动无非沿 着物质结构、空间结构、形式结构三个子系统展开。试图探究这三种变量施加于 当代的建筑更新运动的作用机制，精选具有典型意义的实例，通过各有侧重点的 剖析，揭示当代建筑更新的普遍内在规律，展望其发展的未来。 关键词：建筑更新关联系统～分为三物质结构空间结构形式结构 AbstractEverything Abstract Everything has its progressing factor with individual characters and respective relationship．Everything locates within changing world constructed by other matters， and lives by the method of creating itselE Architecture lives in the same way．The old buildings exist as all independent clement ahead of being renewed．Because of couples of reasons，no mention to being added or reduced,or being changed partly,these changes definitely lead to the future transformation both among the different parts of all whole thing and within the relationship with the surrounding buildings． Furthermore，this changing is based on the next trend of renew progress．Therefore，to sum up，the relationship between the“new”and“old”dttring the reconstruction of buildings put up character of diachronism and independence，and it is a kind of procedure of dynamic system．This thesis illustrates the changes of the fundamental factor of the‘‘new’’and“old”by the method of systematic thinking．The thesis also treats the reconstruction of buildings as a system as well．The movement of reconstruction is supposed to go through according with the triple subsystems (direction)of construction of matters，space and form．The thesis tries to dig out the mechanism of the movement of contemporary building renewal forced by the three variables by examples．The thesis is eager to illustrate the normal inherent disciplines and its future development． Key words：Building renewal，Relationship，Relativity,System,One
