西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘要 建设工程施工阶段投资控制是一个经历时间长、复杂的系统工程。在施工过 程中，由于社会的、自然的、人为的、经济的等因素对建设工程的影响直接表现 在对施工阶段投资的影响上，对这些影响因素的解决、处理是工程技术、经济人 员共同关心的话题。其中，工程变更和施工方案是很多问题产生的根源。工程变 更和施工方案是施工阶段投资控制中经常遇到的问题，同时也是很棘手的问题。 本文就工程变更的原因、意义、控制程序、变更工期和价格的处理原则、施工方 案的优化进行了较为详尽的论述。这为业主和承包商对工程施工阶段投资控制具 有现实的指导意义，对我国施工企业提高自身管理水平具有很好的启发意义。 本文分折了我国现阶段工程建设施工阶段的特点，并结合当前我国采用工程 量清单计价方法的实际情况，对“工程量清单计价规范”和工程量清单计价优点、 依据、程序、方法进行了较为详尽的介绍。另外，本文还就在工程量清单计价的 基础上，为提高建设工程投资控制的水平提出了一些切实可行的建议。 关键词：建设工程；施工：投资控制；工程变更：旌工方案优化 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第|I页 Abstract Investment controlling of civil engineering construction phase is system engineering，it takes enough longer time and it is very complex．In the process of construction，construction phase investment affected by all kinds of factors example for society factor、natural factor、factitious factor、economical factor and on．It is the topic that personages of engineering technology and economy all pay attention to the solution to these problems．Change in the work and construction scheme optimum is origin that causes many problems．Change in the work and construction scheme optimum ale the question that we often meet，it is a Gordian knot too．The paper detailed discusses the came、meaning、controlling program、the dealing pdnciple of time limit for project and cost of change in the work，and discussing construction scheme optimuma This paper tells owners and contractors how to control investment of construction phase．Moreover,this will undoubtedly help construction enterprise improve its management． This paper starts with a review of using bill of quantities ad measurement in our county presently,discussing the characteristic of project construction stage，detailed telling hi／／ofquantities ad measurement specification、ad measurement gist、program． In addition，this paper affords practical advice for owner and contractors to control engineering investment． Key words：civil engineering；construction；investment control；change in the work； construction scheme opti
