摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 股票投资以其高回报率和较高的流动性深受世界各国投资者的青睐，在中 国特殊的经济环境下问世的股市也受到国内投资者的追捧，然而在中国特有的 股权结构和社会运行机制下，国内股票价格的影响因素更为复杂。中国股市刚 刚经历十几个春秋，许多投资者正是因为没有适合中国市场的投资分析工具而 “石沉股海”。因此，寻求一套适合中国股市特点的投资理论用于指导投资者的 投资行为显得极为迫切。 本文以此为研究背景，在充分分析国内外研究现状的基础上，结合中国股 市的特有特点，以沪深两地27家江西省上市公司为样本探求上市公司投资价值 分析方法。论文首先进行了基本面分析，从宏观经济和行业分析两个角度，对 国民经济宏观走势及江西省上市公司的特点及趋势进行分析。在此基础上，结 合江西省上市公司的特点，选取适合分析上市公司的净资产收益率、净利润率、 每股收益、总资产周转率、应收账款周转率、主营成本比例、现金流动负债比、 股东权益比、流动比率、主营业务收入增长率、净利润增长率、每股收益增长 率等十二项财务指标构成上市公司投资价值的指标体系，运用主成分分析方法， 对沪深两地27家江西省上市公司进行综合分析。 上市公司投资价值分析是一个复杂的系统工程，要做到准确分析不仅需要 全面的理论知识j更需要丰富的实践经验。本项研究的目的和意义不仅在于丰 富和完善适合我国国情的投资价值分析方法有着重要的理论指导作用，而且对 于帮助投资者的投资决策将起到重要的决策借鉴作用。 关键词：江西省上市公司；投资价值；主成分分析 AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT Stock investment iS welcomed by investors all over the world for its high rate of return and high liquidity,SO is it in China．But with a special stock structure and social environment，the stock price of China is much more complicated to predict．In the past years，there weren’t any effective investment theories for Chinese stock market，SO that many investors failed in the market．An effective investment theory is much needed in China． This article is written by researching on 27 listed companies in Jiangxi province with the tool of essence analysis．There are two stages in essence analysis．In the stage of macroeconomics environment and industry analysis．Firstly the paper analysis the Jiangxi macroeconomic and industry of the listed companies from the angle of the fundamental analysis．It mainly analyzes the macro—economic trends and characteristics of the listed companies in Jiangxi province．This article analyzes the performance of the target company with twelve finance ratios．These ratios include Net assets yield，Net profit rate，Earnings per share，Total assets turnover rate，Accounts receivable turnover rate etc．With the principal component analysis，it comprehensively analyzes the 27 listed companies in Jiangxi province． Investment value analysis of the listed companies is a complicated systemati
