—————』L一嬲煳 —————』L一嬲煳摘 要 竞技体育发展水平体现国家／地区的综合实力，江苏省是全国竞技体育大省。近 年来，竞技体育竞争日益激烈，国内各省市单位竞技格局也日益变化，尤其是个别 竞技项目的实力瞬息万变。因此，本文从全运会和奥运会两大方面入手，结合江苏 体育的发展历程和现状，通过收集多方资料、统计各项数据，全面展示江苏省近年 的竞技体育实力，并提出可持续发展对策。 本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对江苏省竞技体 育实力进行综合研究，得出以下结论： 1．通过帕累托分析法划分江苏省项目群体：优势项目群体、潜优势项目群体、 待开发项目群体、弱势项目群体。 2．江苏省优势项目群体在全运会上分布广，比重大，夺金点多，但江苏省在该 项目群体中仍不具备绝对的整体金牌实力。田径、击剑、竞技实力有所增长；羽毛 球、射击、跳水竞技实力保持平稳；举重、排球、自行车、体操和艺术体操项目的 竞技实力有所下滑。 3．江苏省潜优势项目群体在全运会上分布面狭窄，项目奖牌比重也不大，且金 牌实力明显不足。国际跤、跆拳道、蹦床的竞技实力有所增长；花样游泳、网球竞 技实力保持平稳；乒乓球、篮球项目的竞技实力出现不同程度地下滑。 4．江苏省待开发项目群体在全运会上分布面狭窄，多属后起新兴项目，金牌实 力很弱。武术实力有待进一步提升；游泳成绩直线下滑；帆船(含帆板)竞技实力 不够稳定；激流回旋、射箭和马术实力有待延续。沙滩排球(女)、垒球(女)、曲 棍球(女)不平衡发展。 5．第十届全运会江苏省成绩突飞猛进，对江苏省竞技体育项目群体的划分影响 巨大。 6．根据江苏省项目群体的特点，为提升江苏省整体竞技项目的实力，应进一步 巩固优势项目群体，使优项更“优”；仔细调研，合理配置资源，优化项目群体，提 高投资效益；强化目标管理，建立健全运动员、教练员激励机制；加强后备人才培 养，做到一、二、三线队伍比例合理，实现竞技项目可持续发展；不断进行科研攻 关，提高科研水平，加强“科训结合。 关键词：江苏省；全运会；奥运会；竞技实力 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Development of Sports reflects the comprehensive strength of a country／region, Jiangsu province is one of the important sports provinces in china．Recent years，sports has become competitive intensely,sports patterns of domestic provinces and cities， especially some sports events ale also greatly changing．Therefore，through the National Games and the Olympic Games，combining the Development and Present situation of Jiangsu sports，by collecting data,statistics of the data,this paper shows the comprehensive strength of Jiangsu Province and proposes measures for sustainable development．In this paper，using literature，Pareto analysis，mathematical statistics， logical analysis and other research methods to make a comprehensive study of Jiangsu Province，and making the following conclusion： 1．Dividing sports items of Jiangsu province into several levels by Pareto analysis： advantage groups，potential advantage groups，groups to be developed，disadvantage groups． 2．Though Jiangsu Province had a large proportion of advantage items,still did not have absolute power to win gold medal．Track and fi
