摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘要 在各级党委政府的关心支持下，江西的就业工作取得了许多成绩，就业形 势持续稳定向好。但作为劳动力资源相对富裕的内陆省份，“总量富余、结构 短缺”仍是江西当前乃至今后就业工作的主要矛盾。政府对工业园区企业进行 重点扶持，在提供公共服务和提高薪酬方面都做了很大的改善力求扩大招工数 量，但园区大部分企业依旧有较大的用工缺口，“总量和结构”以及“用工和 稳工”的矛盾十分突出。随着江西经济的腾飞，企业规模的不断扩大，各大小 企业的管理也在不断探索中前进，以往的管理模式不能适应当今的发展形势， 我们需要运用人力资源管理及企业创新管理的思维，探讨政府如何改变传统的 城乡二元管理结构，来发现工业园区企业用工所面临的问题，以及解决对策， 从而找到企业稳定用工带来的城市经济发展的新机遇。 合理进行工业园的开发，提升区域经济的竞争优势，提高地区企业对人才 的吸引力，是解决工业园区企业招工难的有效途径。提升政府职能部门的服务 能力，提供良好用工环境，是解决就业、用工的可靠保证。结合我省工业园区 企业的用工需求，将企业方和求职方双方需求有效地对接，打破户籍界限，呼 吁政府扶持并鼓励企业建设职工用房，做到社会公共资源合理共享，让务工人 员有真正的城镇归属感，这样才能稳定用工，才能有效填补企业招工缺口，有 效促进工业园区企业的发展。 关键词：工业园区企业，用工矛盾，就业需求，稳定用工 I ABSTRA ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Under the concern and support of the party committees and governments at all levels, employment has made many achievements of Jiangxi province, the employment situation in a steady positive. With the rapid development of economy in Jiangxi, the enlargement of enterprise scale, the size of the enterprise management is in continuously explore to go forward, the previous management mode can not adapt to the development of todays situation, we need to use human resource management and enterprise innovation management thinking, to explore how the government to change the traditional urban-rural dual management structure, to discover the problems faced by industrial park enterprise employee, as well as the countermeasures, so as to find the stable employment of urban economic development in the new opportunities.
