南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 江苏主导产业效率研究 江苏主导产业效率研究 I I II II 摘 要 在区域经济飞速发展的过程中，不可避免地需要进行产业结构的战略性调整优化。主导产 业作为区域经济发展的支柱，其强大的扩散效应辐射到整个产业部门，进而对国民经济发展产 生影响。近年来，江苏的经济在快速增长的同时也暴露出产业结构升级缓慢，主导产业扩散效 应不强等问题。本文运用产业经济学相关理论，以区域主导产业发展为大背景，对江苏主导产 业效率进行了全面的实证分析，发现现阶段江苏主导产业发展的问题并给出了针对性建议。 首先，在认真梳理已有研究成果的基础上，综合分析总结了国内外关于主导产业和产业效 率研究的文献，在此基础上提出论文的研究主题和分析框架。 其次，结合区域主导产业选择的基准和原则，针对江苏省实际情况建立了主导产业选择的 指标体系，利用主成分分析的方法筛选出当前江苏的主导产业群构成为：通信设备、计算机及 其他电子设备制造业，化学工业，仪器仪表及文化办公用机械制造业，电气机械及器材制造业， 纺织业。 第三，针对江苏主导产业效率从不同视角进行实证研究。一是对五个产业进行独立的效率 研究，得到主导产业总体效率较好的结论，但每个产业效率呈现不同的特征，如仪器仪表及文 化办公用机械制造业的规模还没有达到最佳，规模报酬递增；二是从产业链视角着手，以化学 工业为例研究了产业链的效率，结果表明，在产业链视角下的主导产业效率较差，产业链环之 间存在脱节。两个步骤均采用数据包络分析方法进行实证。 最后，根据以上研究的结果，分析出江苏主导产业目前存在的主要问题是主导产业群结构 缺失（提出了主导产业群“亚结构”的概念、特征和形成原因）、创新缺失、人才缺失、产业链 环节功能缺失和环保缺失；为有效解决以上问题，文章提出了有针对性的对策，分别为：产业 链结构植入、创新体制植入、人才植入、产业链功能植入和循环经济植入。 关键词：区域主导产业，数据包络分析，产业链，产业发展 Abstract Along with the rapid accelaration of regional economy, the industrial structure should be optimized time by time. The leading industries, which is the main body of regional economy, have a widely influence to other industries and the whole national economy. Recently, Jiangsu is sharing a fast growth; on the other hand, the upgrade of industrial structure has little achievement. Leading industries in Jiangsu are not showing their effect. According to the basic theories of industry economics and theories of regional leading industries’ development, the thesis makes positive analysis on the effeicicy of leading industries in Jiangsu, which is based on sufficient datas. The author find some problems during the development of Jiangsu leading industries and some advanced ways are presented to solve those conflicts. The author first explains the background of the thesis and the meanings of the research in the introduction. In the following she analyses and summarizes synthetically the former viewpoint on the regional leading industries and efficiency of industries. Then she puts forward the research theme and the frame. Then, the
