PAGE PAGE 10 苏省河蟹养殖业竞争力很强；又通过因子分析法看出，江苏省处在第 一的位置是因为其生产能力因素方面的优势，弥补了其他两个主因子 方面的不足。最后给出了有关提升河蟹养殖业竞争力的一些建议，包 括：加强种质资源保护与管理、注重发展河蟹深加工业、要发挥政府 和行业协会的带头作用、加快品牌建设和实施质量监管措施、注重河 蟹苗种生产、宣传河蟹文化，推广河蟹加工产品、推广先进河蟹养殖 技术和建立水产技术推广机构等措施来提高河蟹养殖业的综合竞争 力。 本文的研究意义在于，对江苏省河蟹养殖业竞争力的研究不仅可 以了解江苏省河蟹养殖业的竞争力状况，而且有助于了解全国其他省、 市的竞争力状况，对其他地区也具有借鉴意义。 本文的创新之处在于，文章首次运用 TOPSIS 模型结合因子分析法 进行河蟹养殖业竞争力分析。通过对江苏省河蟹养殖业竞争力的分析， 得出了江苏省及其他 14 个省市的河蟹养殖业竞争力排名。弥补了当前 研究领域的空白。 关键词：河蟹，竞争力，TOPSIS 模型，因子分析，江苏省 The Research of Competitiveness of Crab Aquaculture in Jiangsu Province ABSTRACT Mitten crab is a kind of economic crab, which is widely distributed in China. Among them, the Yangtze River’s crab is the best. In recent years, crab production methods from fishing change into breeding. Crab artificial breeding technology breakthroughs make crab aquaculture production has grown rapidly in China. In recent years, the import and export trade of crabs has also developed rapidly. In 2008, in a single species of freshwater fisheries crab had become the second largest industry of China. The government and related departments attaches great importance to the crab aquaculture industry, crab has been listed as the one of ten key industries by Ministry of Agriculture. The ministry of civil affairs has in 2004 approved the establishment of the Chinese fishery association crab branch; it can help the healthy development of crab aquaculture. Jiangsu Province is located in the Yangtze River Delta, water resources and biological resources, location and natural climate are the rapid development of crab aquaculture conditions. Crab has been listed as the one of 2009-2012 Jiangsu aquaculture ten dominant species by Jiangsu Province. 2009 crab in Jiangsu province breeding output is 18.1 billion Yuan. Crab output accounted for 15.5% of the total output value of fisheries in Jiangsu province, and 50.03% of the total output of crab in China; crab became an important source of fishermens income.
